Summary:
Assist Youth Sports Coordinator with all secretarial duties.
Provide a positive first impression to visitors to the Recreation Center.
Answer incoming calls and assist callers.
Process registration for all Zeeland Recreation programs.

Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree with related work experience preferred.
Customer service and secretarial experience is a plus.
Empathy, compassion, servant's heart, problems solver, self-starter, multi-tasking, time management Computer, word processing and google sheets expertise is required, as well as knowledge regarding general office machines and equipment.
Basic knowledge of sports Schedule:
25-29 hours/week Monday-Friday (4-5 days per week) Shifts:
8am-4pm 8am-12pm 5am-12pm (not required, but a plus if this person is available to fill this shift from time to time) Year-round position Compensation:
Recreation Level III - $15.
26 - $17.
16/hr.
depending on years of relative work experience.
Replacement Position Once the posting deadline date has been met, the supervisor will review applications and schedule interviews with the most qualified candidates.
