We are seeking a self motivated, detail-oriented person to join our full service detailing company.
A majority of our work is marine detailing, although we also do a great amount of automotive and farm equipment.
We have both part time and full time available.
We also have seasonal positions available, from now until September.
Our shop is located in Zeeland, but a majority of our work is in the north Holland area and around Lake Macatawa.
We offer a very flexible schedule, fun and laid back work environment, and lots of opportunity! Duties:
- Machine buffing/polishing boats -Tedious cleaning/detailing of entire boat inside & out - Washing boats - Being a team player whether you're working with others or by yourself for the day - each person is expected to pull their own weight and stay on task.
- Keeping organized on a job and taking inventory of what you have at the job site, and thinking ahead for what you may need with you the next day.
-Working indoors for the winter months, however, we do work outdoors very often for spring-fall.
-Driving from boat to boat during boat wash season.
-Showing the utmost respect for customers property.
- Communicating with co-workers to make sure everyone is on the same page and all the work gets finished for the day.
Skills:
- Self motivated.
We are not into micromanaging here -Ability to climb and work from ladders -Balancing while walking around on top of large boats both in and out of the water -Detail Oriented.
We are known for our extremely high standards, and attention to detail is a must.
Although a majority of our work is currently spent on boats, we do have a full service detail shop in Zeeland where we do the auto detailing from.
