1st Shift Electrical Engineer - Automated Manufacturing

A high-growth, unique and fully automated West Michigan manufacturer of products for the automotive, office furniture, commercial vehicle and consumer goods industries is selectively seeking an experienced, hands-on electrical engineer. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast paced environment based on trust and integrity and an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation, as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. Qualifications:

Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and responsibilities
Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction, etc?
Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines
Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
Ability and willingness to work up to 70% of time on the floor to help determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs
5
years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Ford Automotive industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
