Quality Engineering Recruiter (Automotive)
Responsibilities:
Own full cycle of recruiting process, sourcing candidates, including postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and verbal closing offers
Work with customers to thoroughly understand the positions and recruiting needs
Identify talent through creative sourcing (social networking, internet research, cold calling, alumni networks, recruiting events)
Research new technologies and sourcing strategies
Communicate professionally, tactfully, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times
Recruiting Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role
Experience with technical and pre-established contacts within the engineering community
Experience executing a full cycle of recruiting process
Strong written and verbal communication skills with no fear of cold calling, networking, and public speaking
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to match the position with the best suited candidate
Ability to work in a changing environment
Ability to build strong professional relationships with both candidates and customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and managing time efficientlyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
