Project Manager

The Role Serves as a Project Manager responsible for portfolio management and the execution and delivery of Gross Margin Improvement projects impacting the Zeeland Supply Center.  Projects may include (among others): The implementation of new RAW and PACK material to the manufacturing process Leading the successful transfer of products from one manufacturing location to another Delivery of regulatory compliance solutions to the manufacturing environment (FDA, CFDA) Execution of manufacturing efficiency (material usage) projects Ability to lead multiple cross-functional (R&D, Procurement) and cross regional (AP, EU, LA) project teams. Ability to learn and understand technical language related to infant nutrition formulations. Provides support for the development of Gross Margin Expansion project pipeline. Applies awareness of HACCP, GMP's and regulatory requirements to ongoing manufacturing processes, process design, process qualifications. Applies awareness of process safety principles in the operation, design, and modification of plant and equipment. Actively participates in the creation of a high performance culture through effective leadership and communication with different functional groups within the organization.    Is this You? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Sciences or Business required.   Strong proficiency in program and project management methodologies. Project Management certification preferred. Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams residing in different time zones. 5+ years' experience in project management with demonstrated success within a complex manufacturing organization. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient with the Microsoft platform of products to include MS-Project. SAP proficiency strongly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.  Models RB Core Behaviors.  Able to effectively communicate detailed information to multiple levels of organization from Sr. Management to line operators. Demonstrates initiative, ownership and accountability. Knowledge of manufacturing, GMP & safety processes.  Experience within FDA regulated food or pharmaceutical environment preferred  Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects to deliver superior business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to incorporate innovative concepts and technologies into viable manufacturing processes. Understanding of financial principles, budgeting process and resource allocation. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time in support of assigned project portfolio.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
